In planning for May, I am going a slightly different route. This past Friday while sitting in the airport I ordered a simple breakfast. Then when I got on the plane I was offered a snack box. When I got off the plane I went to a lunch meeting. Then later that night I was feeling peckish so ordered a sandwich. Yesterday when reviewing my receipts I realized just how much I spent on food and how lucky I was to have it when I wanted it. 680 million people in this world are starving each day. Not feeling peckish but really starving. So I'm going to do my part to raise both awareness and money to help. Every dime I spend on food in May from a candy bar to a dinner will be matched for world hunger and 100% of May's tips and tips on this post will also be marked for the same purpose. If you know a good charity for this DM me. I will Research it. Hunger is a global issue but sometimes it is in our backyard too so I'll split the money if we find good charities with no to low administration fees. If you want to help promote this drive please do @cindymoon7 I know I can count on you. I know 1 post on 1 site won't solve the world's problems...but it's 1 step in the right direction.
