I try to develop a habit of reading before bed, I turn off the Internet, because more often I read e-books on my phone and read for 15 minutes...and it really works, it's easier for me to fall asleep....course, unless I get an interesting book, from which it is impossible to tear myself away. That's when all my plans fall apart and I read all night long...have you ever been so engrossed in reading that you stayed up all night?📚📚📚
