I got my 🍑 kicked by this 7 mile hike!!! It took me about 5 hours with a nice lunch break at the summit.
Hiking is my new favorite cardio. The hills and terrain builds strong legs and booty, while the views make up for the fact that you won’t feel your legs the next day 🥵

Did you know that if you write down your goals you’re more likely to accomplish them? Keeping a daily journal has honestly impacted my life for the better and has expanded my possibilities. Not only have I been much more organized, but since I’m a visual person I’m able to really see how much I can get done in a day!

According to an article I was reading this morning, our bodies should get at least 10-30 minutes of midday sunlight, multiple times a day! If you’re not able to go outside, due to weather or whatever reason, you can supplement your diet with vitamin D tablets or through vitamin D rich foods.

One mistake I see a lot when it comes to the one arm/bent over rows is the over use of the bicep.
When you do this exercise, you want to make sure that you are pulling your shoulder blade back to your spine. The best way to do this is to bring the barbell to your hip when pulling your elbow back.
Make sure you’re not looking up like me (I wanted to give you a lil smile 😘) keep your neck neutral to your spine to avoid injury.
